Dates for the 2012 Coffee Bowl are 2 to 7 January 2012. Please be aware that travel to and from Costa Rica during this time may be difficult due to the heavy travel load to this tourist destination during the New Year holidays. For this reason all players, coaches, and parents are advised to schedule tickets well in advance. Players traveling to Venezuela from Costa Rica should especially take note of the difficulties in scheduling air tickets due to lack of options. Any players with realistic expectations of reaching finals in singles or doubles should book their outgoing travel on Sunday since it is difficult to make changes once our tournament commences.
